The Opportunity
The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate motivation, organisational skills, collaborative abilities, confidence, and autonomy to excel in this role within the high-performing team environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and will include:
- Diary Management and meeting coordination: Proactively managing schedules, appointments, and coordinating meetings for the team.
- Document drafting, amendment, and management: Using iManage for legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Conducting property searches
- Trust account management
- Banking: handling banking tasks related to real estate transactions or trust accounts.
- High-volume file management.
- Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other legal assistants in the team and the broader office in Brisbane.
The standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

The Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ legal administration experience in a Real Estate team.
You must also demonstrate the following attributes:
- Someone who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
- Confident handling multiple tasks simultaneously and used to working to tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external parties;
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document drafting and management;
- Proficiency in various software applications and technical tools relevant to legal administration.
