Laura is Barratt Galvin's Director. She is a senior international recruiter based in Sydney, specialising in private practice legal recruitment around Australia and throughout the Middle East, UK and Asia Pacific.
Laura founded Barratt Galvin in 2014 in order to offer law firms and legal professionals an elite recruitment service that can easily be adaptable to the needs of each individual. Her passion has and will continue to be, to seek out legal talent who are the very best at what they do and to ensure they are placed within law firms who are the leaders in their field.
Prior to moving into recruitment in 2005, Laura worked within top tier and global law firms in Australia and London. This experience provided Laura with an in depth knowledge of what clients and candidates are looking for.
Laura is results driven and takes the time to personally consult with all involved in the recruitment process to ensure those results are achieved to the highest standard

The Sydney office of Barratt Galvin was established in 2014. As a business, we bring to market over twenty years of recruitment experience within the legal industry, as well as experience working within top tier and global law firms in Australia and London.
