This opportunity has it all; a strong team culture, varied Legal Secretarial requirements, and the scope to flex your conveyancing/paralegal skills as well.
In this role you will be responsible for attending to legal documents, file management, billing, and ensuring practice deadlines are met with relation to Conveyancing & Leasing matters. Additionally, you will be given the task to run development files and assist with development launches under supervision.
Technology is a focus for this team. They have transformed their conveyancing to a fully electronic process and continue to work closely with PEXA, advising on the products and services they offer.

The Requirements
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications that individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Demonstrated conveyancing experience including advanced working knowledge of PEXA
- Previous experience providing support at Partner level;
- Demonstrated ability to organise a busy practice and diary, with strong administrative skills;
- An engaging and energetic work ethic and an investment in building relationships and working with multiple stakeholders;
- Friendly and ready for a challenge!
