The Role
As a Legal Assistant in the Real Estate team, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to three Partners, including the Office Managing Partner.
- Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Handle complex billing processes (experience with Aderant is advantageous).
- Draft and format legal documents, correspondence, and other materials.
- Assist with file and matter management, including opening and closing files.
- Collaborate with two other Legal Assistants to ensure the seamless operation of the team.
- Deliver high-quality support while adapting to the diverse communication styles of the team.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3+ years of Legal Assistant experience (consideration will be given to standout candidates with 2+ years).
- Experience supporting at least one Partner in a legal or professional services environment.
- Proven billing experience (Aderant experience is advantageous).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Resilience, confidence in decision-making, and a proactive attitude.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Previous experience managing calendars and scheduling.
- A team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
