The Role:
As a Legal Assistant in the TMT team, you will provide essential support to a Partner, assisting with:
- Diary and calendar management.
- Billing and invoicing tasks.
- Managing travel arrangements and event coordination when needed.
- Document preparation and general administrative support.
- Assisting with other legal assistants on tasks such as event planning when capacity allows.
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of Legal Assistant experience (those with 18 months of experience will also be considered).
- Strong experience with diary management and billing.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
- A team player mindset, ready to work collaboratively with other legal assistants in the team.
