The Role
As a Legal Assistant, you will:
- Collaborate with the Trademark Practice Management Assistant to provide seamless support to the Trademark firm group.
- Deliver high-quality administrative assistance to the Disputes team.
- Manage a significant number of monthly bills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide calendar management support to Partners and senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage documents, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
- Anticipate team needs, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2+ years of Legal Assistant experience in a professional environment.
- Proven billing experience, including handling a high volume of monthly bills.
- Prior experience supporting at least one Partner or senior stakeholder.
- Strong organisational and calendar management skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A sound understanding of Microsoft Suite applications.
