The Role
As a Legal Assistant in the PEI team, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and matter management support to Partners and lawyers.
- Handle complex billing processes, including financial reporting and deciphering billing information.
- Manage calendars, organise meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across various levels and departments.
- Assist with document preparation, drafting correspondence, and general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3+ years of Legal Assistant experience.
- Strong billing experience, including financial reporting and deciphering billing data.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing circumstances.
