The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Legal Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious international law firm, for a Legal Assistant to support a team of four lawyers including one Partner in the high-performing Banking & Finance practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Legal Assistant with 3–7 years’ solid legal assistant experience to join a supportive, inclusive team with a genuinely great culture. This is a busy, fast-paced role, perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage complex billing (experience essential)
- Assist with cost reporting
- Provide comprehensive calendar and diary management
- General administrative support to senior lawyers and the wider team
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–7 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm (pure Legal Assistant role)
- Strong billing and financial admin experience
- Prior exposure to cost reporting and legal billing software
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine team player with a proactive attitude
