An opportunity exists within the Commercial team in Sydney supporting an esteemed Partner on high-profile matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance, including typing and collating various legal documents.
- Prepare memos and email communications.
- Enter timesheet data and prepare client accounts (billing).
- Manage files and diaries, including travel bookings.
- Maintain and archive files, including electronic file management and email management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a legal secretary in private practice;
- First-class organizational and communication skills;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (particularly Outlook and Word);
- Accurate typing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills;
- Experience in timesheet data entry and client account preparation;
- Knowledge of Expert software (desirable).
