The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Commercial Litigation team.
- Liaising with clients and handling general enquiries with professionalism.
- Assisting with document preparation, including formatting and proofreading legal correspondence.
- Managing records and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting billing and invoicing processes, as required.
- General office duties, including calendar management, data entry, and correspondence handling.

The Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a professional services or legal setting.
- Previous customer service experience, with strong client-facing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive and organised approach.
- A sound understanding of Microsoft Suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
