This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in trust accounting, conveyancing administration, and legal support. Working closely with licensed conveyancers and the broader Real Estate team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of trust monies, client transactions, and administrative processes.

The Role
As a Conveyancing Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing trust monies, including deposits, issuing trust deposit receipts, and tracking unidentified trust funds.
- Liaising with the Business Finance Trust Accounting Team to streamline trust accounting processes.
- Handling matter opening, maintenance, and billing for conveyancing transactions.
- Maintaining off-plan development project spreadsheets, recording details such as deposits, tax file numbers, and option schedules.
- Providing administrative support to licensed conveyancers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day operations.
- Updating client information and databases such as InterAction in a timely manner.

The Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Real Estate or Property team.
- Experience supporting a conveyancing practice, particularly in off-plan conveyancing (preferred but not essential).
- A working understanding of managing trust monies in a legal or conveyancing setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (essential).
- Experience using Aderant Expert (preferred).
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
