The Role
As a Legal Assistant in the Corporate & M&A team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to at least two Partners and their teams.
- Managing complex billing processes, with experience in systems like Aderant being highly advantageous.
- Coordinating calendar management and scheduling, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Anticipating the needs of Partners and taking proactive measures to support them.
- Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents and correspondence.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining impeccable attention to detail and organisation across all tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a professional setting.
- Proven billing experience, with Aderant knowledge being an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience supporting 2+ Partners or senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and calendar management skills.
- Strong ability to anticipate needs and think on their feet.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
- Flexibility to work full-time in the office, aligning with the team's collaborative approach.
