The Role
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Diary and email management – coordinating schedules and communications.
- Client liaison – acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with bids and proposals – supporting the team in business development initiatives.
- Matter management – ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones are tracked.
- Billing and expense reconciliation – managing time entries, third-party invoices, and financial reporting.
- Document preparation – drafting letters, contracts, and general correspondence.
- Administrative support – handling travel bookings, document management, and general office coordination.
