The Role
Daily responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing files, document and file management;
- A good amount of client liaison;
- Organising timesheets and producing legal bills;
- Diary and meeting management;
- General administration and project management as needed.
- Gain exposure to high-profile financial services matters.
- Be part of a collaborative and supportive team with direct Partner access.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Experience as a PA in a Banking & Finance practice or as a Compliance Assistant in a financial institution.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to proofread legal documents with precision.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A long-term commitment to a career as a PA (this role is not suitable for law students).
