The Role:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the team by:
- Managing electronic documents and files
- Conducting legal research and drafting court documents
- Preparing briefs and reports for clients
- Handling court filings and liaising with clients
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of matters
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 12 months of experience as a Paralegal, preferably within litigation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to work confidently in a high-pressure environment
- Exceptional word processing skills (min 70 wpm) and familiarity with the MS suite and legal software
- A relevant qualification in Paralegal studies (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with lawyers and clients
- The ability to start immediately or within a short time frame
- Competitive salary package ranging from $90,000 to $115,000
