This full-time position offers a unique chance to provide high-level support to 3 Partners, and a team of senior lawyers, while also adding significant value and contributing to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of the Disputes team, your role will be dynamic and essential, encompassing:
- Comprehensive management of billing processes for the team, catering to clients with intricate billing and administrative needs.
- Coordination of Partners’ schedules, including internal and external appointments, ensuring optimal meeting lead times, along with travel and diary management.
- Preparing and facilitating meeting logistics to support the seamless operation of the team.
- Coaching and mentoring Administrative Assistants and collaborating effectively with the legal support team, including the Practice Management Assistant.
- Managing communications with clients and supporting the overall matter management process.
- Overseeing a diverse array of responsibilities and deliverables, ensuring efficiency and high standards are maintained.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about their contribution to the team, with:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary within a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in matter management and billing, with a strong understanding of Aderant Expert.
- The ability to anticipate the needs of Partners to minimize administrative tasks.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Superior interpersonal abilities and excellent communication skills, capable of establishing effective relationships with various stakeholders.
