Our client is seeking a Practice Training Facilitator due to the significant growth in the Sydney office. In this role you will be contributing and supporting the firm in this growth trajectory.
The Practice Training Facilitator will be working collaboratively with the Operations Manager to:
- Act as a key point of contact for all practice group enquires.
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions for new and existing employees in addition to creating in house training schedules.
- Engage with the practice groups to ensure efficient work practices are maintained.
- Test new precedents, workflows and internal processes before they are finalised.
- Provide feedback regarding staff development and identify and improve upon process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with the Systems Team to assess, review and update the Firm Manual.

This role is ideally suited to a professional with 5+ years of personal injury matters and procedures experience, in addition to 7+ years experience working in the legal industry.
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications that individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Relevant qualifications in Business/Legal Studies
- Mentoring experience to guide other secretaries
- Experience with Practice Evolve legal software (desirable)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams
- Proactive, motivated and personable
- Highly organised and able to maintain high quality work with a strong attention to detail
- A positive and solution focused attitude.
- The ability to take initiative, be flexible and work collaboratively in a team.
